2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for commanding directing and the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioner over the piece (75 decimals) of land situated under Mauza-Matpa, CircleKutumba, appertaining to Thana No.561, Khata No.03, Khesra Plot No.1325 and to restrain the respondents from erecting the boundary wall upon the 75 decimals of land
