Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.268 of 2017 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 395, 427 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with four other accused persons are said to have demanded ransom and also looted Rs.50,000.00 from the petrol pump. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner rather the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty local politics. He has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34143 of 2017 (02) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 been languishing in jail custody since 17.05.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur (Bhabua) in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No.268 of 2017.
