JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

As per prosecution case, 6.750 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from in front of Mangal Deep Apartment. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner has got 1 criminal antecedent of similar nature.
