The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 11 litres of country made liquor were recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner claims that she is having clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.05.2017.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35770 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge -VI-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Biharsharif (Nalanda) in connection with Excise Case No. 205c3 Ex/17.
Further, if the petitioner, after her release in this case, is again found to be involved in similar nature of case then the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of her bail bond.
