2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 281(C) of 2022 for the offence under Sections 498A of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. It is a case of matrimonial dispute between the parties. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party no. 2 (complainant).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent, committed no offence and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. During course of argument learned counsel for both

No.66762 of 2024(4) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 the parties submits that earlier this case was referred to Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna where the matter has been amicably settled between the parties on the point of one time settlement. Both the parties are agreed on the terms and conditions mentioned in the Memorandum of Agreement of Mediation Proceeding No. 20 of 2025.

So keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the amicable settlement between the parties, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt/production of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Complaint Case No. 281(C) of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
