17-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that all the witnesses have already been examined save and except Investigating Officer as well as doctor. The learned lower court will endeavour to have their presence at an earliest and in likewise manner will try to dispose of the trial in similar fashion. Prayer for bail is rejected.
