Hence, this modification has been filed for correction in the pleading of the main writ petition.

In view of the above, the designation of respondent no. 5 may be read as "Block Education Officer, Kusheshwar Asthan East, District-Darbhanga" in place of "Block Education

Patna High Court MJC No.3864 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Officer, Baheri, District-Darbhanga".

With the aforesaid correction, this modification application stands disposed of.
