Petitioner is in custody in connection with Raushanganj (Bankey Bazar) P.S. Case No. 111 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(d) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 40 kg. of Mahua flower has been seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
