Taking into consideration that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused, namely Rakesh Kumar @ Rakesh Sah and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court and the petitioner is in jail custody since 13-05-2014, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 181 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
