The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366A/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl, recorded under Sections 164 Cr.P.C., would reveal that the petitioner forcefully took her on the motorcycle to the house of his relative and kept her for three days. When the victim came to know about lodging of the FIR she returned. The statement would reveal that the victim had some affairs with the accused. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56954 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Madhwapur P.S. Case No.32 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
