2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 51 of 2024 arising out of Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) and 22(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per allegation, on the tip off, one team was constituted and the informant along with other official raided the place of occurrence where the petitioner riding on a motorcycle and was trying to go to Nepal from India was apprehended and several prohibited medicines were recovered from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63895 of 2024(5) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 seizure list itself shows that all the medicines recovered from possession of the petitioner are not psychotropic substances. He further submits that the petitioner is under custody since 10.06.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, period of custody and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge/Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. G.R. Case No. 51 of 2024 (arising out of Ghorasahan (Jharokhar) P.S. Case No. 261 of 2024), subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
