ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners, being the father-in-law and the mother-in-law of the deceased lady, are apprehending their arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.141 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the husband of the deceased is already in jail custody and that there is no specific allegation against these two petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53485 of 2016 (2) dt.11-01-2017 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.141 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
