1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Mr. Chandra Bhushan Prasad.
2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and petitioner nos. 5 and 6 are women and the informant alleges that marriage of

No.64038 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/3 Ajay was fixed, hence, he used to talk standing near the door of the informant, on objection, the named accused persons abused him and assaulted him by lathi causing swelling on his leg, further Ajay assaulted his son Fantosh by an iron katta causing injury on head and the accused persons assaulted his grandson causing injury on head.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner and even the women folk of the family have been implicated. It is next submitted that specific allegation of assaulting Fantosh is against Ajay, but then the parties on intervention of well wishers have entered into a compromise as would manifest from compromise dated 27.07.2024 (Annexure-3)
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64038 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 3/3 anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 233 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
7. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application stands allowed.
