The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bind P.S. Case No.103 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The informant raided the house of the petitioners and from the house of Munna Chaudhary, petitioner no.1, 12 litres of country made liquor was recovered. From the house of Yogendra Chaudhary, petitioner no.2, 20 litres of country made liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were not found inside their house. They are residing in a joint family and for recovery of liquor from the joint house,

No.59374 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the petitioners cannot be held responsible but it transpired that the recovery was made from house of the petitioners on secret inputs that the petitioners were indulged in selling liquor. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected.
