JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 29-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sanokhar Amdanda P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections-188, 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 10 litres of Mahua liquor have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be in custody since 07-06-2017. It has been mentioned at paragraph3 of the petition that the petitioner has clean antecedent. Therefore, looking into clean antecedent of the petitioner, prayer for bail is allowed. The petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41181 of 2017 (2) dt.29-08-2017 in connection with Sanokhar (Amdanda) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2017 to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
