This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhamdaha P.S. Case No. 92 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, Section 467, 468, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail application as the petitioner has been arrested. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
