This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302, 120 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. According to first information report the deceased had gone along with the named accused person from his house, thereafter, his dead body was recovered. The informant had no doubt against any one, who had committed the murder of his brother.

Submission of the petitioner is that name of the petitioner has transpired in the supervision note of the supervising authority.

The learned Court below has also taken into consideration the supervision note wherein strong suspension was raised against the petitioner.

Considering the fact that there is no substantial material against the petitioner, above named, he, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the
