(a) To direct the respondent no-2 to 10 to bring on record the selection letter of respondent no-12, (Gudiya Kumari) who has been selected

(b) To quash the memo no. 197 dated 09.04.2021 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Ara Rural, Sadar whereby and where under the Appeal No-02/2021 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed.

(c) To quash the enquiry report contained in memo no-04 dated 08.06.2022 issued by the Joint Signature of Additional Collector Bhojpur; District Programme Officer, L.C.D.S. Bhojpur, District Statistics Officer Bhojpur, District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bhojpur and Block Development Officer, Ara Sadar, Bhojpur whereby and whereunder it has been held that against the first advertisement petitioner was at Sl. Nowhereas in the second advertisement she was placed at Sl.

No-3 and as such she was not appointed on the post of Anganwari Sevika.

(d) Further to direct the respondents no- 2 to 10 to appoint the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika at Centre No-236, Ward No-10, Gram Panchayat

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
