JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned counsel for the State. The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted under Sections 498A, 494, 307, 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act.

The allegation against the petitioners is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are in custody since 10.06.2017. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The

The petitioner no.1 is Bhaisur of the informant and the petitioner no.2 is father-in-law of the informant. They are separate in mess and property from the husband of the informant. The husband of the informant is in custody.

On behalf of the state, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.84 of 2017.
