Petitioner is accused in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C.

The accusation is of killing of Shamima Khatoon, niece of the informant by her husband Md. Ajmer, brother-inlaws, co-wife and other. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the family member of the husband of the deceased nor relative rather he is a co-villager of the husband of the deceased and has falsely been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 128 of 2014. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
