The petitioner seeks bail in a case lodged for offence under sections 341, 323, 376 and 511 of the IPC. The case has been lodged at the instance of Bhabhi of the accused alleging teasing and failed attempt of rape.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and the informant are close relative and due to some domestic dispute this false case has been instituted. He further submits that the issue has been settled within the family and the informant has in fact given a petition in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, wherein she has stated that she regrets the occurrence and now cordial relation has been developed between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 26.5.2017. Further, prior to the

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
