2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) & 30(c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 85 liters of country made liquor and at the place of occurrence, 4000 Kg of Mahua Jawa in four pits were recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in custody since 08.07.2025. They are quite innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61360 of 2025(2) dt.22-09-2025 2/3 He further submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) in some charitable organization without accepting their guilt.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-I, Munger/concerned Court below in connection with Gangta P.S. Case No. 74 of 2025 subject to condition that:- (I). The petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Vidyapith, Ramakrishna Nagar, P.O.:

Vidyapith, Dist. Deoghar Jharkhand and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted only after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.

(ii). The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance at Laxmipur Police Station, Jamui on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in
