JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue an appropriate writ MANDMUS in nature directing the respondents to transfer the amount for construction of house under Indira Awas Yojna in light of order dt. 06/03/14 vide memo no. 76/ Mu as contained in annexure-3 of the writ petition issued under signature of Deputy Development Commissioner, Aurangabad by which a direction was given to respondent no. 6 to transfer the amount of Indira Awas Yojna in the bank account opened earlier

Patna High Court CWJC No.1413 of 2017(2) dt.12-04-2023 2/2 as soon as the turn at sl. No. reaches from the prepared list of Indira Awas Yojna.

(ii) To issue an appropriate writ /orders /Direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents authorities to issue a house under Indira Awash Yojna and to transfer the required amount for construction of same at once."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner, considering the observation made by the Deputy Development Commissioner, Aurangabad in his order dated 06.03.2014 (Annexure-3 to the present writ petition), seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
