The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Jalley P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/201, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application by a coordinate bench of this court (then His Lordship was) by order dated 31-08-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22590 of 2016. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail.

I find no reason to interfere with the earlier order dated 3108-2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22590 of 2016 passed by a coordinate bench (then His Lordships was) of this court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67091 of 2019(2) dt.06-09-2021 2/2 Accordingly, this application stands rejected. If the petitioner surrenders before the court below and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
