The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(1) (x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The accusation is of taking goats of the informant and on protest being made abused and assaulted the informant and her family members and took away rupees seventeen thousand.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55481 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 petitioners that the petitioners' side lodged Sikti P.S. Case No. 77 of 2015 at earlier point of time whereas the petitioners' side have received injuries and thereafter the present case has been lodged., Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the their event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in connection with Sikty (Bardaha) P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
