The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 196 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.05.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R., the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
