2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-341, 323, 307, 379 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegedly, while the informant reached near Jehanabad Court, the petitioner along with other co-accused persons assaulted him by means of sharp weapon and iron rod, as a result of which, blood was oozing out from his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The injuries are simple in nature. The petitioner is

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 278 of 2024 with condition that the petitioner will appear in the court below on each and every date till framing of charge.
