ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 17.06.2017 in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.424 of 2017 (G.R. No.1761/2017) registered for the offence under Sections 414 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation against the petitioner is that he was arrested along with the vehicle, which is indicated in the seizure list, other similarly situated person, who was also arrested with the vehicle, has since been granted regular bail in Cr.Misc. No.37626 of 2017, vide order dated 14.09.2017. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41024 of 2017 (2) dt.20-09-2017 2/2 the learned counsel for the State, it appears that the petitioner's case is also similar.
As such, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.424 of 2017 (G.R. No.1761/2017), on the condition that one of the bailors shall be his blood relative, who shall provide sufficient securities as indicated in this order. The petitioner shall also appear on each and every date in the trial till the conclusion thereof without abstaining himself and shall do so with the permission of the Court. (Anjana Mishra, J) PNM U T
