The learned counsel for the State, Sri Arun Kumar (AC to GP-1) and the learned counsel appearing for the Municipality has submitted, by referring to the various counter affidavits filed in the present case that the retiral dues of the petitioner has already stood paid.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Municipality for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Accordingly, the present writ petition
