2. Heard counsels for the parties.

3. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 354(B)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72380 of 2021(5) dt.28-07-2023 2/2 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

4. The prosecution story, in brief, is that the accused persons including the petitioners tortured the victim due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.

5. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are in-laws of the informant and due to that they have been falsely implicated in the present case. Allegation of torture and harassment is general and omnibus. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts of the case and clean antecedents of the petitioners, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar Case No. 169 of 2021, subject to conditions laid down u/s 438(2) of the Cr.
