2. The appeal is against the order of the learned Single Judge which made a remand to the Bihar Land Tribunal.

3. The learned Counsel appearing for the partyrespondents submits that on remand, the Land Tribunal had held

Patna High Court L.P.A No.569 of 2022(5) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 against the petitioner and the petitioner has further filed a writ petition against the order of the Land Tribunal numbered as CWJC No.12258 of 2023.

4. In such circumstances, without any observation on the merits, the appeal stands dismissed as infructuous leaving the parties to agitate their cause in the presently filed writ petition.
