The petitioner seeks bail in Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 172/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-A), 25(1-B)a and 26(ii) of the Arms Act. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 10.04.2017 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining nine months in custody. The petitioner is in jail since 22.11.2016. He has already remained in jail for more than nine months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial
