This is an application for bail in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 387, 307/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on name of the petitioner transpires in re-statement of informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner is not named in the FIR and he has been made accused on suspicion and he has been remanded in this case on 24.5.2017. Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39407 of 2017 (3) dt.12-09-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Barauni P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017, subject to the following conditions :- (1) One of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned, (2) Petitioner will mark his attendance in local police station in first week of every month till conclusion of trial, so that police may watch his conduct during pendency of trial, failing which his bail bond shall be cancelled.
