This writ application has been filed for issuance of direction to the respondents to decide the Zamabandi Cancellation Appeal bearing Zamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 26/2022 (Sri Raghunandan Prasad Vs the State of Bihar and Ors.), which was filed for assailing the order dated 28.04.2022 passed in Jamabandi cancellation No. 145/2021-22 , by the learned Additional Collector, Gaya .
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in Zamabandi Cancellation Appeal No. 26/2022 (Sri
Patna High Court CWJC No.13936 of 2023(2) dt.29-01-2024 2/2 Raghunandan Prasad Vs the State of Bihar and Ors.) is still pending before the respondent No. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, writ petition is disposed of with direction to the the District Magistrate, Gaya ( Respondent No. 2 ) to dispose of the aforesaid case in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
