Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 15.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 64213 of 2021. Vide order dated 04.01.2023, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'A'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and one non-official witness has already been examined and the case is running for evidence.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.09.2020 having clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and stage of trial, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two
