Counsel for the petitioners confines his prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by three weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 28.07.2015 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the above order will remain the same.
