2. The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Bank not to grant loan to the respondent No. 7 on the strength of security by way of land bearing Khesra No. 1573, Khata No. 301(454), Mauza Patuaha, District Saharsa, said to be subject matter in T.S. No. 281 of 2013.

3. At the very outset learned counsel for the respondent Bank makes a statement at the Bar that as a matter of fact the representation of petitioner no. 1 has been considered and the Bank has not sanctioned any loan in favour of the Respondent No. 7.
4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed.
5. It is made clear that in case the Bank proposes to consider grant of loan to the Respondent No. 7 on the strength of security of the aforesaid land, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the Bank with their objections which shall be considered on their own merits and disposed of in accordance with law.
