JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 The present petition has been filed for restoring the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 9195 of 2018 to its original file, which has stood dismissed for default on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order of this Court dated 11.05.2018. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would remove the defects within a period of three weeks from today. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is allowed and the writ petition bearing CWJC No. 9195 of 2018 is restored to its original file subject to the condition that the petitioner would remove the defects within a period of three weeks from today.
