Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to FIR, the informant saw that two persons, namely, Vicky Raut and Mukesh Raut @ Butti were on the E. Rickshaw and brother of the informant was sitting between the two. One Gunjan Raut was driving the E. Rickshaw. When the informant attempted to stop the E. Rickshaw, the accused persons fled away and brother of the informant fell on the seat. He was carried to the hospital where the Doctor declared him dead. Non-refund of money is the reason behind the allegation

Submission is that no active role has been assigned against the petitioners, save and except, general allegation that the deceased had gone along with the petitioners from the house. However, the deceased was not last seen with the petitioners.
Considering the submission aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nalanda Police Station Case No. 68 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
