Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12713 of 2018, the spelling of the name of the petitioner has been wrongly typed as "Shshila Kumari" in place of "Sushila Kumari".

In view of the above, let the name of the petitioner in the order dated 06.09.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 12713 of 2018 be read as "Sushila Kumari" in place of "Shshila Kumari" with a further direction that the Aam Sabha be conducted by the
