This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Excise Act.

From the field country made liquor was recovered. The villagers informed to the police that the same belongs to this petitioner.

The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the statement of the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
