The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Siswan (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 152 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a)/38(b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 99 liters of illicit liquor from the straw house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 28.07.2019.
