JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Para-I and prayer portion of the petition within course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Mayank Mohan Shukla was found missing and in course of his search, it came to light that petitioner and other coaccused had come in the office of the victim in his search prior to the alleged occurrence and in course of investigation, it came to light that the daughter of co-accused Arvind Mishra had sweet relation with the victim and that was the reason, the co-accused persons including petitioner kidnapped the victim. Admittedly the

No.5118 of 2016 (3) dt.29-02-2016 2/2 victim could not be traced out and having more or less similar allegation, Arbind Mishra as well as Chunu Mishra have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District & Session Judge VIth , Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S.Case No. 241 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.671 of 2015/T.R. No.780 of 2015.
