The petitioner is in custody since 07.07.2019 in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.276/2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were not from his conscious possession but from a side of Patna Gaya main road, It is further submitted that petitioner was suspected to have taken liquor, but the alleged recoveries of liquor from the gallon does not match with the seizure list report and the entire case is false and concocted due to dirty village politics. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.59302 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.276/2019.
