JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 06-09-2019 This Criminal Revision is directed against the order dated 27.08.2015 passed in Maintenance Case No. 97 of 2009 filed under Section 125 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner, whereby and whereunder, learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria allowed the aforesaid case with direction to the Opposite Party to pay Rs. 1500/-, per month, from the date of order to the petitioner, being aggrieved with the quantum of maintenance, the applicant has preferred the present criminal revision.
