JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 146 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 401, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in this case charges have been framed on 20.09.2017. learned counsel has brought on record copy of the order dated 20.09.2017 by way of Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran,
