2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of stabbing the victim causing injury.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61001 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 230 of 2024.
