JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 After some argument, Sri Manoj Kumar Manoj, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to AAG-6, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

In view of facts and circumstances, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.

It goes without saying that the period consumed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22198 of 2013 (9) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 pursuing the present writ petition i.e. since 31.10.2013 till date shall be excluded, while considering the limitation matter. If the petitioner avails appropriate remedy by filing an appropriate petition, same may be examined and decided on its merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced with this order.
