The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that an encroachment case bearing Encroachment Case No. 17/2017-2018 has been
Patna High Court CWJC No.19693 of 2018(2) dt.06-09-2022 2/2 initiated by the Circle Officer, Banka i.e. the Respondent No. 6 and final order has also been passed, but the encroachment in question has not been removed.
At this juncture, the learned counsel for the proposed intervenors has submitted that the proposed intervenors be granted liberty to take appropriate steps, including filing objections before the Circle Officer, Banka, in accordance with law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
The Circle Officer, Banka is directed to ensure that the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 17/2017-2018 is taken to its logical conclusion and necessary consequential action is also taken within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
The writ petition strands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
