2. The petitioner is in custody since 28.02.2017 in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 210 of 2016 (G.R. No. 1112 of 2016) for the alleged offences under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated owing to previous enmity between the parties.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as the deposition of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C. in which she has specifically alleged that the petitioner had placed a hand kerchief over her mouth making her unconscious when she was taken away to Haryana, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the
